Excuse of the WeekTHIS CAME THROUGH ON EMAIL YESTERDAY I AM STILL LAUGHING Hi Monica, When I left you on Monday night I raced over to Big W and bought an exercise ball. I was so eager for the flat somach. Within 10minutes of getting home the ball was fully inflated, and being raised and lowered. I followed this with the plank exercise. It all seemed so easy so I did 10 of each. I thought I could handle it. However by Tuesday night I struggled through the excruciating pain to do 5 of each. Today I am praying that I do not cough.
