Weight Loss Phase

We support your new lifestyle with regular visits to address any issues you may be having, and give assistance when necessary either in person, online or on the phone.  We provide input from our personal trainer to ensure you achieve the most from the physical exercise you undertake and find the best way for you to really enjoy exercise – this will ensure ongoing physical activity for the years to come.

  • Weekly Visits for inner scan and support from Facilitator  
  • Planning for 1kg per week
  • Rewards for every 5Kg lost.   If not, then have a reward anyway.
  • This phase lasts as long as it takes for the goal weight to be achieved.
