My daughter in Law to be (check out the Bride To Be section) wanted to lose some weight before she married my son and as The Chocolate Frog Diet was having a two for one special she asked me to join her.

Now you need to understand that I am very limited when it comes to exercise as I have very bad knees and I do like my scotch so I told Monica that I couldn’t do much exercise and I was not going to give up the alcohol.

To my surprise she said OK she would fit that into my program and she did. They say a photo tells a thousand words and you only have to look at my before and after photos to see just how successful this program is.
