Prior to being introduced to this diet, I was overweight (99.9kg) short tempered, always tired, did no exercise. In short I was well on the way to either a heart attack or stroke or worse.

My first visit to Monica, I was apprehensive, thinking, “here we go, another money making scheme”. Boy! Was I wrong. This diet is the best. Smaller portions of food, while eating more often. In just a few short months, I had reduced my weight by about 15kg. I also lost all of the above symptoms.

My life has changed to be happy, healthy and full of fun. This change would not have happened if my wife had not dragged me along kicking and screaming to the first appointment with Monica. My wife and I tried to keep each other on track by seeing who had lost the most weight at weigh-in time.
