One doesn’t realise how much your life passes you by when you’re overweight, or you don’t have many photos of yourself.

When Monica asked me for a “before” photo I didn’t realise I don’t have very many because I would avoid having my photo taken.

Let me say “thank you Monica” for giving me back my life.

It hadn’t always been plain sailing along my journey of losing weight but with the help at the Chocolate Frog they teach you about the importance of food and its quantities, exercise and your emotional wellbeing.

Where other weight loss programmes failed, with Monica’s persistence through good times and bad, I have lost 18kgs so far and have another 12kgs to go.
