After watching my wife lose so much weight and appeared never to be hungry I decided to start the program in May 2009. In the 4 months I have been on the program I have lost 16 kgs and never felt better or healthier. I work shift work and switch for days to nights so my program was worked out around my work and I also help Mel when on my days off so with little to no routine I have always found it hard to stick to any eating plan. My daughter in Law to be (check out the Bride To Be section) wanted to lose some weight before she married my son and as The Chocolate Frog Diet was having a two for one special she asked me to join her.

Now you need to understand that I am very limited when it comes to exercise as I have very bad knees and I do like my scotch so I told Monica that I couldn’t do much exercise and I was not going to give up the alcohol.

To my surprise she said OK she would fit that into my program and she did. They say a photo tells a thousand words and you only have to look at my before and after photos to see just how successful this program is.
